Sage 300 offers three types of support plan, which allows the licensee to choose the level of technical support needed based on your requirements: Bronze, Silver and Gold.  Most Sage 300 third party publishers offer only one plan for support, which tends to be similar to that offered by Sage 300 Bronze Plan.
